Business School’s current premises are located in Töölö, Helsinki.

Teaching in the new premises will start on Monday Feb 25th.
Will my Department move to Otaniemi?
One of the many great things about our new building is that for the first time in many decades all departments will be under one roof. This will allow even greater collaboration and cross-pollination of ideas across both researchers and graduate students.
All the Departments that are currently located in Töölö, will move to Otaniemi:
Department of Management Studies
Department of Accounting
Department of Marketing
Department of Finance
Department of Economics
Department of Information and Service Management
Where will our new building be located in Otaniemi?
Maarintie 13 (the address of our new building) is located at the heart of the Aalto campus. Our closest neighbour will be the School of Arts and Design, with which we share some spaces. We are also close to the Undergraduate and Learning Centers and all of the other schools of Aalto University. Further we will have easy access to the metro station and all the services of the A Bloc shopping centre.
What will there be in the new building?
The building will have four floors, the ground floor being dedicated to a restaurant, a café and teaching premises. The upper floors will host additional modern teaching facilities, a learning hub for students, meeting and team space for both staff and students, as well as offices for faculty and staff.
What will happen to buildings in Töölö Campus?
The old Main building (Runeberginkatu 14-16) will be kept, and fully renovated.
Aalto Executive Education will be using these premises after the renovation.
Arkadia and Chydenia buildings have been sold to new owners.
What are the opening times of the new building?
Monday – Thursday from 7.45 am to 8.00 pm
Friday from 7.45 am to 6.00 pm
Saturday and Sunday closed
Why Business 3.0?
The project name comes from the fact, that this will be the School’s third home.
When School of Economics was found in 1911, the School’s premises were at Fabianinkatu 26. The relocation to Töölö was made in 1950, when Runeberginkatu 14-16 was ready.
